Ligament injuries and strains, which can be caused through sport or just walking, can be repaired by bracing the knee joint (if an operation is not possible), or applied post operation. Osteoarthritis, inflammation or oedema of the hip or knee can be supported with an elasticated or lightweight bracing device, which controls the oedema and allows more movement without discomfort. Pain caused by deteriorated joints due to wear and tear through heavy work duties, sport and age can be relieved with a lightweight mechanical brace that will support the joint in movement. Knee joint misalignment, again, caused through wear and tear, can be supported with a lightweight brace. |
